Thailand produces three entirely distinct oud profiles. The Thai Crassna carries the fruity sweetness of the crassna species, softer than its Cambodian counterpart. The Thai Malaccensis is a rare dark expression — wet, spiced with cinnamon, and unexpectedly complex. The Thai Hybrid is a patented species that exists nowhere else on earth.

Koh Kong is where the legend of Cambodian oud was written. From the ancient forests of Cambodia's southwestern province comes this 8-year aged Aquilaria crassna — one of the most revered oud profiles in the world. Opens with dried fruit and dates, deeply sweet and warm. The dry down is pure honey and ancient wood.

Wild Aquilaria malaccensis harvested from a tree over 100 years old. Incense grade wood. Distilled in small batch by a master distiller. Opens with deep camphor and ancient incense smoke. From the lowland forests of central Sumatra, Jambi oud is known for its warm, resinous sweetness with a distinctly tropical character. The Sumatran terroir — humid and mineral-rich — produces oils with exceptional body and longevity on skin.

The western coastal forests of Borneo yield an oud with notable freshness — lighter than the inland Kalimantan, with a mossy, slightly medicinal quality. A more accessible entry into the full complexity of Bornean oud.

From the northern edge of Kalimantan where the forest grows denser and the rivers run darker. A smoky distillation that opens green and alive — grassy, hay-like, and resinous, with a curtain of clean smoke rising behind it. The dry down is smooth incense and dry hay. Green fire, quietly burning.

Borneo is the third largest island on earth. East Kalimantan is its interior — vast, ancient, and largely untouched. This 4-year oil opens with a sweet resinous warmth, revealing its depth slowly and without rush. A subtle greenness moves beneath the resin, clean and foresty. The dry down is clean, resinous incense — balanced, warm, and effortlessly elegant.

The island of Flores — flowers in Portuguese — yields an oud of surprising delicacy. Lighter and more floral than most Indonesian ouds, with an almost honeyed sweetness. One of the rarest Indonesian origins remaining in old-growth forest.

Deep in the heart of Indonesian Papua, far from roads, far from everything. This oil opens wet and alive — jungle air after heavy rain, dense forest floor rising to meet you. A distinctive cola-like depth emerges, dark and complex, something between leather and root and ancient earth. The dry down is pure forest — cool, deep, and meditative.

The tropical island of Hainan produces a distinctly Chinese oud character — lighter, greener, with a clean herbal transparency. Historically prized in East Asian medicine for over two millennia. One of the rarest Chinese origins still available.
